Simplicity Soaps is dedicated to providing natural skin care alternatives for conscientious consumers. Our product line has been formulated with purity, effectiveness and simplicity in mind. Simplicity Soaps are created from raw ingredients using the cold process technique. In today’s complex world a bit of simplicity is certainly a luxury.

Jennifer Mueller, Simplicity Soaps founder, is a scientist at heart. Her interest in natural skin care products started in the sixth grade when she created a natural hairspray using orange juice for her science project. Not surprisingly that first attempt was less than successful, but nonetheless an idea was born. 

In 2000 the first bar of handmade soap was created and received an overwhelmingly positive response from eager testers. With much research, experimentation, and perseverance a whole line of skin care products evolved and what was once a hobby became a burgeoning business. 

Having earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology with minors in biology and religious studies, and a master's degree in counseling, Jennifer believes strongly in the mind-body-spirit connection. It is her belief that self-care is a fundamental component of mental and physical health. To that end, she derives great meaning from offering products that will promote health.
